- I get the organization involved early and gain consensus on project scope before moving forward with detailed design
- I have frequent checkpoints with stakeholders in the process design and detailed engineering phase to make sure I will deliver a quality project.
- I design for the long term (safety, reliability, quality)
- I optimize resources and execute only the agreed scope during the construction phase of the project.
- I deliver a complete project with key drawings, spare parts, baseline inspection, and long term equipment plans (RBI, etc).
